These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and all accommodation bookings made with Yurts at Yelverton.

By making a booking, you agree to these Terms.

2. Bookings

Bookings are subject to availability.

A booking is confirmed only after payment or deposit has been received and confirmation has been issued.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Prices may change until a booking has been confirmed.

4. Payment

Payment is required as specified during the booking process.

We accept payment by the methods shown on our website.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and refund conditions will be displayed during the booking process.

Refunds are provided in accordance with our cancellation policy and Australian Consumer Law.

6. Check-in / Check-out

Check-in and check-out times are provided with your booking confirmation.

Early arrival or late departure may incur additional charges.

7. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

  • Respect neighbouring guests
  • Keep noise to a reasonable level
  • Supervise children at all times
  • Use campfires only where permitted
  • Dispose of rubbish appropriately
  • Leave accommodation in a clean and tidy condition

Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.

8. Pets

Pets are permitted only where specifically stated and approved.

Guests remain responsible for their pets at all times.

9. Smoking

Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside all yurts.

Additional cleaning fees may apply where this policy is breached.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Loss or damage to personal property
  • Injuries arising from misuse of facilities
  • Interruptions caused by weather
  • Bushfires
  • Flooding
  • Power outages
  • Other events beyond our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
